The Team

Meet Our Founders

Dr. Golnaz Agahi

Dr. Agahi has over 20 years of experience in health and human services, private and public sectors. Her area of leadership expertise is in program management, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation. Her clinical focus includes co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention and trauma. She has presented and publicationed addressing the following areas: suicide prevention and treatment, substance use disorder, and leadership development. Dr. Agahi received her doctorate from University of Southern California, School of Social Work and holds dual master’s in Public Health and Social Work from San Diego State University.

Antonio Martin

Antonio is an accomplished entrepreneur with leadership, business development, and human resources experience. He previously served as executive director of a residential treatment center for children and was the founder and administrator of a private non-public school for children with behavior needs.

Los Angeles Lakers 3-time NBA Champion. Founder of the A.C. Green Foundation. Green's humanitarian efforts in inner cities earned him a spot in the World Sports Humanitarian Hall of Fame.
Meet Our Clinical Staff

Clinical Director
Jennifer Harber, LCSW, RPT-S, CAS

Jennifer Harber has 28 years of experience working in the mental health field with children and teens. She obtained her MSW from the University of Michigan and currently is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, Certified Autism Specialist, certified in EMDR, and certified in AutPlay. Jennifer worked at an inpatient psychiatrist hospital with adolescents for 9 years and worked in an outpatient mental health clinic for Kaiser Permanente for 18 yrs. Her specialties include crisis management, play therapy, EMDR, Autism, Trauma, and Sandtray Therapy. She has held all positions in California’s APT (Association of Play Therapy) OC chapter and was the Conference chair on the CALAPT Board. She has presented trainings on play therapy and sandtray to local APT chapters, Kaiser Permanente, and Brandman University/UMass Global MSW students.

Austin Dufault-Feinberg, AMFT, APCC (she/her/hers)

Austin is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Global. Austin’s clinical experience encompasses working with youth, families, and adults at California Youth Services. She provides a warm and supportive therapeutic environment, utilizing a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and family systems therapies. Austin believes in the power of therapy to foster personal growth and well-being and looks forward to collaborating with clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Brandon Danisi, MSW, ACSW

Brandon is a Master of Social Work and an associate clinician at Arise Wellness with a passion for men’s mental health. Originally from the Bay Area in northern California, Brandon has been living in Orange County for nearly two decades. He believes there is far too much stigma surrounding men discussing their personal and emotional challenges and strives to normalize these conversations. With two years of experience in the mental health field, Brandon has worked with a diverse group of people, including those with severe and persistent mental illness. When not working, Brandon loves baseball, the beach, and sports cars.

Abby Escobar, MSW, ACSW

Abby Escobar is an experienced associate social worker with over six years of experience in mental health and working collaboratively with various organizations. As a bilingual clinician, Abby has experience working with children and families. Her passion lies in addressing the emotional needs of her clients, advocating for their overall well-being, and eliminating any barriers they may be facing. Abby strongly believes in giving her clients a voice and providing a safe space to express themselves. Her clinical experience includes addressing challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Abby holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University.
