The Team

Meet Our Founders

Dr. Golnaz Agahi

Dr. Agahi has over 20 years of experience in health and human services, private and public sectors. Her area of leadership expertise is in program management, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation. Her clinical focus includes co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention and trauma. She has presented and publicationed addressing the following areas: suicide prevention and treatment, substance use disorder, and leadership development. Dr. Agahi received her doctorate from University of Southern California, School of Social Work and holds dual master’s in Public Health and Social Work from San Diego State University.

Antonio Martin

Antonio is an accomplished entrepreneur with leadership, business development, and human resources experience. He previously served as executive director of a residential treatment center for children and was the founder and administrator of a private non-public school for children with behavior needs.

A.C. Green

Los Angeles Lakers 3-time NBA Champion. Founder of the A.C. Green Foundation. Green's humanitarian efforts in inner cities earned him a spot in the World Sports Humanitarian Hall of Fame.

Tyler McEwen

Tyler is a compassionate and collaborative therapist with experience working with adolescents through older adults across a variety of settings, including acute inpatient, residential, outpatient, and school-based care. She has worked extensively with individuals navigating mood and thought disorders, substance use, and co-occurring challenges.

Tyler integrates a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach into all of her work and draws from a range of evidence-based practices, including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy. Her clinical style emphasizes safety, trust, and empowerment, helping clients move toward meaningful change.

Tyler earned her Master of Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, with a concentration in Community Mental Health, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chapman University.

Amber

Amber is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience working in the mental health field. Amber’s passion is to support her clients explore how unconscious thoughts, past experiences (especially from childhood), and internal conflicts affect a person's current behavior and emotional state. She also understands that every client is unique and a treatment modality that may work for one may not work for all. She utilizes an eclectic method, blending techniques from different therapies to create individualized treatment plans that are practical and effective. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Massachusetts and is in the process of obtaining her PsyD in Psychodynamic Psychology. Her training allows her to draw from multiple therapeutic modalities such as Existential Therapy and Gestalt Therapy to provide effective, compassionate care.
